Musgrave Group plc in Dublin is seeking a Compliance Support to safeguard stock integrity and assist the Compliance Manager in the execution of SOPs, H&S, QA and facilities maintenance in branch.

You will execute daily and weekly SOPs, conduct stock cycle counts, and follow up QA issues while supporting audits. A proactive team player with attention to detail and strong report writing is required.

• Highlight issues to Compliance Manager regarding non-compliance of cash handling and stock variance during daily tasks.
• Execute system checks to ensure stock integrity and SOP compliance.
• Conduct stock cycle counts and investigate variances.
• Complete weekly Site Scorecard and follow up QA complaints, withdrawals, and recalls.
• Monitor training completion for new colleagues on SOPs, H&S, HACCP in branch.
• Document all reports and supporting documents for stock counts.
• In absence of the Compliance Manager, perform planned SOP spot checks and quarterly audits.
• Willingness to work early AM shifts.

Role Purpose:

Ensure stocks integrity, support the compliance manager in the execution of the SOPs, H&S, QA, and Facilities maintenance in branch.

Role Scope:

Responsible for executing the daily and weekly SOPs, HACCP, H&S and Facilities task. Investigate by scheduled and unscheduled stock counts and root cause any losses and provide feedback to ensure possibility of reoccurrence can be minimized.

What you’ll be doing:

Roles and responsibilities:

• Highlight any issues noted to the Compliance Manager, General Manager with regards to non- compliance of cash handling on checkouts and stocks variance whilst carrying out your daily tasks i.e., spot checks as they arise.
• Execution of Systems checks to ensure a high level of Stock integrity and compliance on SOPs.
• Conducting all required stock cycle counts from setup to variance investigation.
• Completing weekly Site Score card, follow up on QA complaints responses, QA withdrawals, product recalls.
• Monitoring the completion of training for all new colleagues on SOPS, H&S, HACCP compliance in branch.
• Documenting all reports and supporting documents for internal/external stock counts.
• In the absence of the Compliance Manager, carry out the required planned SOP Spot checks and Quarterly audits in accordance with the SOP audit schedule.
• Willingness and ability to work in early AM shifts.
