About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist with strong experience in regulatory reporting and data compliance.

Predominantly focusing on WEEE & battery regulation, REACH, RoHS, PFAS and other key regulations relevant to the medical device industry.

This role is critical to ensuring our products meet all global environmental, health, and safety compliance standards.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret regulations, maintain documentation, and support product launches while minimizing compliance risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure company compliance with WEEE, REACH, RoHS, PFAS and other applicable environmental and medical device regulations.
  • Partnering with 3rd party vendors to manage compliance campaigns, supplier engagement and audit readiness
  • Monitor evolving global regulations and proactively communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and technical files for audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Partner with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to assess materials, components and processes for regulatory risks.
  • Support customer and regulatory inquiries by providing accurate compliance information.
  • Conduct internal compliance training and build awareness across teams.
  • Lead or assist with product compliance testing, certifications, and declarations of conformity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within the medical device, electronics, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong working knowledge of WEEE, REACH, RoHS, and familiarity with additional standards such as MDR, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of ESG.
