AIB Group is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Analyst to support delivery of high-quality reviews across the group. You will work with the Second Line of Defence and report to the Compliance Monitoring Manager, helping test controls and document findings in line with regulatory expectations.
Based in Dublin with a hybrid model (3 days onsite), you will review evidence, track actions, and contribute to board reporting while developing expertise in compliance, risk management and internal controls

Location/Office Policy: Molesworth St. Dublin 2/Central Park Dublin 18 office-centric hybrid working (3 days per week onsite)

What is the Role: Reporting to the Compliance Monitoring Manager, the Compliance Monitoring Analyst will be responsible for assisting in delivery of high-quality compliance monitoring reviews across AIB Group.
The Compliance Monitoring team is part of the 'Second Line of Defence' Compliance Function and is led by the Head of Compliance Monitoring reporting to the Group Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Group Risk Committee and Board Risk Committee. The Compliance Function provides advice, assurance, monitoring and reporting of the Bank's regulatory compliance, conduct, and culture risk, and this role provides an opportunity for the right person to play a key role across the organisation.
