RTÉ is seeking an experienced compliance professional to design and implement the organisation's Compliance Framework, tailored to its size and business model. You will conduct risk assessments, process reviews, and control evaluations, and report outcomes to senior management and the Board.
With at least five years in compliance or governance, you will monitor remediation actions, manage policy registers, and collaborate across teams while upholding RTÉ values in this ongoing contract.

We are improving our Risk and Compliance activity, following the appointments of a Chief Risk and Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance. Risk & Compliance is responsible for safeguarding the organisation in relation to risks that may derail it from its strategic objectives. This involves design and implementation of the second line risk and compliance frameworks to support RTÉ in identifying, assessing, mitigating and reporting on these risks through its governance and Board Committees.
This appointment will be made at a Department Manager Grade 2 salary scale grade and is being offered on an ongoing contract basis. The salary scale for this grade is from €73,694 to €103,368 gross per annum.
