What's in it for you
The role
The position of the Compliance Lead, based in Dublin, willbe appointed PCF 12 according to CBI Fitness and Probity Regulations, and willreport to the Board of Directors. The position will also report into the Headof Risk & Compliance (PCF 14)
As Compliance Lead, the person will ensure that Soldocontinues to promote a culture of compliance by ensuring that our riskmanagement and regulatory compliance programs are in line with regulatoryrequirements and supervisory expectations which includes ensuring there is anadequate training program across the organisation. The person will also beresponsible for horizon scanning of regulation where the company operates, inparticular Ireland and the rest of Europe as the company expands.
The successful candidate will ensure that daily compliancerisk management and regulatory reporting, including metrics, trend analysis,and recommendations are in place. In carrying out this role, the person willengage with external stakeholders, including Regulators, and will workcollaboratively and act as a point of contact for advice with many internalteams across the business, including AML/CFT, Legal, Operations, customerinteraction and technology & IT platform teams. The person will also ensureconsistency of approach and standards for compliance across SFS Dac and SFS Ltd(UK) while being fully compliant with both jurisdictions’ requirements.
