Job summary

BoyleSports is seeking a Compliance Executive to provide independent assurance that risk management, governance and compliance processes are operating effectively, as defined by the Head of Compliance. You will work with stakeholders across the business to ensure all departments follow licensing requirements and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a compliance role or regulated gambling industry.
• Able to engage with multiple work streams within the business.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Review internal operational processes with the Compliance Specialist.
• Support licensing requirements and act as a point of contact for queries.
• Identify and document risks and determine controls to mitigate them.
• Carry out QA for the operational compliance team and report results.
• Assist with reports and auditing and support training updates.
• Review marketing promotions content for regulatory compliance.
• Support betting integrity escalations with regulators and sports bodies.
• Maintain policy documentation and update policies as legislation changes.
