Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting Staff Nurses for residential disability services across Cork City and West Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses and new graduates to join an established organisation supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.

Applications are welcome from RGNs, RPNs and RNIDs. Benefits include HSE scales, professional development, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Nursing qualification and active registration with NMBI.
Open to experienced nurses and newly qualified graduates.
Interest in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and person-centred practice.
Full clean driving licence (manual transmission).
Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Promote independence, wellbeing and quality of life for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism.
Maintain high standards of nursing care in a residential setting.
