Comfort Homecare invites care professionals to join Ireland's leading family-run homecare provider as a Home Support Worker in Edenderry. You will deliver emotional, social, and personal support to clients, following company procedures and developing tailored care plans.

We offer weekly payments, flexible scheduling, a generous mileage allowance of 41c per kilometre, funded QQI Level 5 and 6 training, and recognition programs for outstanding carers. Driving licence and care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification or equivalent (or commitment to complete).
• Reliable and dependable; adaptable with a positive attitude.
• Compassionate with person-centered care philosophy; strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred; ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional, social, and personal support to clients.
• Follow Comfort Care Ltd procedures and standards.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation.
• Execute individualized care programmes.
