Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to Service Users in their own homes.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities, and practical household tasks.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice, and community inclusion.
• Support Service Users to maintain and enhance their quality of life.
• Monitor and report any changes in health, wellbeing, or circumstances.
