Job summary

Camphill Communities of Ireland is recruiting Health Care Assistants to join our team across multiple sites in Ireland. This permanent, full-time role provides 40 hours per week with a salary of €34,884-€43,193 per annum.

You will work as part of a committed team within a leading national organisation supporting people with disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, promoting independence, and delivering person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Hold a QQI Level 5 Major Award in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification.
• Have 1 year of experience working with vulnerable adults or those with intellectual disabilities.
• Understand national policy and developments in social care within disability services.

Responsibilities

• Assist community members with activities of daily living.
• Support independence and promote person-centred care.
• Work within a team and maintain respectful interactions with colleagues and service users.
• Promote safe working practices in line with company policies and procedures.
