Job summary

Connected Health Ltd. is recruiting Healthcare Assistants across Kildare to support service users with daily living tasks. The role requires a cheerful, patient, and friendly personality with good English skills and a care-focused mindset.

No prior experience is required, and training is provided. Hold a full driving licence with access to a car. Flexible hours and a supportive healthcare management team are offered to enable best care delivery.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in care (Essential)
• Full driving licence (B)
• Good English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Undertake personal care and daily living tasks as per the service plan.
• Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional relationships with service users and colleagues.
• Communicate changes in the service user’s condition to the supervisor.
• Complete documentation and timesheets on time.
