Baker Finn Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic motor industry based in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for a Company Accountant to join a well-established and highly respected company.

ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Responsibility for maintenance of financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare VAT returns and Revenue compliance (ROS submissions)
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and reports
  • Preparation of year end financial accounts and support the completion of statutory audit
  • Oversee processing and payment of supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate entries
  • Review of bank reconciliations and monthly supplier account reconciliations
  • Support payroll processing and maintenance of related records
  • Monitor employee expense claims and ensure compliance with Revenue guidelines
  • Other ad hoc finance or admin duties as required by management
What are we looking for?
  • Min 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Experienced in office book-keeping
  • Ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives.

This role would suit someone who is looking to work for a friendly, growing and hard-working company.. This will predominantly be an office based role.
