Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a Social Worker to join Primary Care Services across Dundrum and Balally in South Dublin. You will deliver holistic social work assessments, supports and early interventions for individuals and families within a cradle-to-grave framework.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Social Work.
• CORU registration is required to practice.

• Full driver's licence and access to a car are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct access for the local community, delivering holistic social work assessments and interventions.
• Coordinate initial assessment service across care groups and develop referral pathways.
• Collaborate with service users to identify needs and co-create interventions and social action strategies.
• Manage and prioritise a caseload.
• Provide counselling, emotional and practical support to service users and families.
• Adopt a holistic approach to enhance quality of life and wellbeing in the service area.
• Promote independence and empowerment among service users and community groups.
