TCP Homecare in Ireland seeks innovative nursing professionals to join our growing clinical teams in the Connacht region. The home care nurse will deliver high-quality clinical services in the community, maintain accurate electronic patient records, and report back to head office.

Qualifications

• Cannulation & Phlebotomy skills are essential.
• I.V. therapy experience including care of central venous access devices.
• Demonstrates high self-motivation and willingness to develop professionally.
• Accurate administration and high attention to detail.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Word, email, and general office software.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical services to patients in the community to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records and timely reporting to head office.
• Collaborate with the nursing director and multidisciplinary team.
