Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care Ireland is seeking a Paediatric Community Nurse in Drogheda and surrounding areas for part-time afternoon shifts with premium pay. You will provide child-centred care at families’ homes, offering flexibility and strong clinical support to ensure safe, compassionate care.

This role is ideal for nurses with paediatric or complex care experience who want meaningful community-based work with paid shadow shifts and on-call support.

Qualifications

• RCN, RGN or RNID qualified.
• Registered with NMBI.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship.
• Experience in paediatric or complex care.
• Commitment to safe, compassionate, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised, child-centred care in the community.
• Support families with safe, compassionate care at home.
• Deliver paediatric or complex care with high clinical standards.
• Work Days: Monday to Friday with up to 20 hours weekly.
• Participate in paid shadow shifts and 24/7 on-call support.
