BAYADA Home Health care in Drogheda is hiring a Paediatric Community Nurse for afternoon shifts. You will support children at home and work with families to provide high-quality, compassionate care in the community.

Role focuses on paediatric/complex care with flexible, part-time hours, Monday to Friday days. Includes premium weekend and bank holiday rates, with 24/7 on-call support and ongoing training opportunities.

Competenze

• Paediatric or complex care experience required.

• NMBI registration and eligibility to work in Ireland required.

Looking for a nursing role with more time, more connection, and more meaning?

As a BAYADA nurse, you will provide personalised, child-centred care in the community, helping children feel safe, comfortable, and supported at home while giving families confidence and peace of mind.

We are currently recruiting for a Paediatric Community Nurse in Drogheda and Surrounding areas. This role is ideal for nurses with paediatric or complex care experience who want to continue delivering high standards of clinical care in a more personal and supported setting.

Whether you are already working in the community or considering a move from hospital nursing, BAYADA offers flexibility, clinical support, paid shadow shifts, and the opportunity to make every shift meaningful.

Location:Drogheda & Surrounding areas

Hours: Part-time

Shifts: Days, Monday - Friday

Weekly hours: Up to 20 hours available

Setting: Child's home and community

Requirements

• RCN, RGN or RNID qualified
• Registered with NMBI
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland without sponsorship
• Experience in paediatric or complex care
