The position focuses on cleaning, window cleaning, opening and locking up, and occasional maintenance. It also includes external environmental work around Athenry such as pesticide spraying, power washing, weeding, strimming, and mowing when required.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: 21+ and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1+ year (or 18+ for certain groups).
• Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

Responsibilities

• Caretaking duties including cleaning all areas inside the Community Hall and window cleaning of low windows.
• Open/close main door; occasional painting and maintenance; pesticide spraying and yard power washing.
• External environmental work around Athenry (weeding, strimming, mowing).
