Job summary

Sutton Dinghy Club CE Project Ltd in Baldoyle is seeking a Caretaker for the Baldoyle Family Resource Centre. This developmental opportunity offers accredited training with no prior experience required, supporting meals on wheels and community activities in the evenings.

You will open/close the premises, assist with setting up rooms, take cash payments, sign in attendees, and help with cleaning and minor repairs.

Qualifications

• No experience required; Accredited training will be provided.
• Must be able to handle cash payments and keep sign-in sheets.
• Garda vetting may be required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of meals on wheels on assigned days.
• Set up rooms for courses or groups and counselling sessions in the evening.
• Take cash payments and organise sign-in sheets for courses and meals on wheels.
• Meet and greet counsellors and clients in the evenings and direct them to locations.
• Open the premises in the morning and lock up securely in the evenings.
• Empty bins and organise recycling of waste.
• Help clean and maintain offices and counselling rooms and carry out minor repairs.
• Attend regular supervision with the Administrator and other duties as assigned.
