Job summary

Autism A Chara in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, is seeking a Community Access Facilitator to support individuals with complex needs in residential settings.

This full-time role (39 hours per week) requires a QQI level 7 Social Care qualification or a related degree and a clean driving licence to operate service vehicles. You will work on a rota including evenings and weekends, with access to development and progression opportunities, pension, sick pay, and leave entitlements.

Qualifications

Requires QQI level 7 in Social Care/Studies or a relevant degree (Social Work, Psychology).
Experience in Social Care with people with complex needs is essential.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and night shifts.

Responsibilities

Support individuals in daily living activities and community engagement.
Deliver person-centered support according to PCP and care plan.
Promote rights and enable decision-making.
