Job summary

Corlann is seeking Community Access Facilitators to support adults with disabilities in Cork City, suburbs and West Cork. You will work within Day Services to promote independence, social inclusion and person-centred planning under New Directions.

Candidates should hold QQI Level 5 in General Health and/or Social Care or related fields, have strong communication skills, and be able to work afternoons/evenings and some weekends. Driving licence ideal; permanent positions available.

• Communication skills suitable for engaging with people with a disability
• Qualifications at QQI Level 5 or higher in health and social care

• Lead role in supporting people within the framework of New Directions
• Work autonomously under the supervision of a manager
• Empower people to live full and meaningful lives and pursue their goals
