Adare Manor is seeking a Commis Chef for The Oak Room on a permanent contract, joining a Michelin-starred, luxury dining team in a renowned Irish resort. You will contribute to the preparation and presentation of dishes, while developing professional culinary skills in a high-performance kitchen.

The Role

As Commis Chef, you will support the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of dishes while developing your skills in a high-performance kitchen environment. You will:

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Support your assigned section, ensuring it is organised and prepared for service.
• Work closely with Chef de Parties and Senior Chefs in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop a broad range of culinary skills and techniques.
• Prepare ingredients and mise en place in accordance with recipes and kitchen standards.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About You

• A culinary qualification or relevant kitchen experience.
