Are you an experienced commercial fitter or fitting supervisor looking to take the next step in your career?

Our client, a leading window and glazing company based in Cork, is seeking a skilled professional to join their growing installation team.

Responsibilities

• Install and fit commercial windows, doors, and glazing systems to the highest standards.
• Supervise and support a team of fitters on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and contractors to maintain smooth workflow and resolve any on-site issues.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all work complies with company and industry standards.
• Maintain safe working practices and adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a commercial window/door fitter or fitting supervisor.
• Strong technical knowledge of glazing and aluminium systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Full clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel to sites across Cork and Munster.
• A focus on delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.
