Job summary

PTSB is seeking a relationship-focused Asset Finance professional to manage a portfolio of clients and drive profitable growth. You will build strong relationships with customers and partners, assess credit needs, and provide tailored financial solutions from our asset finance product suite.

Based in Dublin with a hybrid working arrangement, the role requires travel and a track record of meeting targets in a financial services environment. A permanent position at our Head Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum APA in Loans.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Knowledge and experience of Asset Finance are desirable.
• Experience in achieving targets in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and advise our customers throughout their product/financial needs journey.
• Manage clients effectively within Asset Finance to ensure sustainable income and growth.
• Drive sales activity to maximise new business via development of both new and existing customer bases.
• Design and implement a business strategy to maximise opportunities within an assigned portfolio of clients.

Manage and develop a portfolio of customers within Asset Finance, to achieve specific business goals, and support profitable business growth from a customer base, in line with our strategic plan. Maintain and develop working relationships with key business and functional partners, including key stakeholders to ensure a cooperative approach to relationship management and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and advise our customers throughout their product/ financial needs journey.
• The role has not got direct people management responsibilities.
• Manage clients effectively in accordance with all policy requirements and best practice to ensure sustainable income and early identification of credit issues through intimate client knowledge.
• Drive sales activity to maximise new business via the development of both new and existing customer bases.
• Design and implement a business strategy or plan, to maximise opportunities within an assigned portfolio of clients.

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum APA in Loans.
• Full driving licence as this role will require travel.

Desired

• Good credit and financial analysis skills.
• Passion for working with customers and stakeholders to create win-win solutions.
• Proven success in consistently achieving targets or working to tight deadlines.
• Specific knowledge and experience of Asset Finance
• Working knowledge of the Asset Finance product suite.

This is a permanent position based in PTSB Head Office, St. Stephen's Green, Dublin (Hybrid option available within the Republic of Ireland only)
