Overview

Clearhill is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to manage and optimize relationships with our 75 customers in Ireland. As the direct point of contact for all these customers, you will ensure the successful installation and performance of our diverse product portfolio, which includes Kiddie Rides, Play Cranes, Photobooths, Candy Carts, and more.

In this role, you will manage a large portfolio of business partners at landlord, management agent, and shopping centre management levels, driving the continued growth of Clearhill's presence across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all 75 customers in Ireland, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are continuously strengthened.

Business Development & Contract Negotiation: Lead the prospecting, negotiation, and finalization of contracts for a range of products across multiple business partners and locations.

Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth, focusing on maximizing the presence and performance of Clearhill products.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial Director to align on objectives and share progress, while also managing your portfolio autonomously.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.

Essential Experience & Skills
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining successful customer partnerships.
  • A strong network and credibility within the shopping centre industry, with experience selling services or products to landlords and management agents.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Highly ambitious, assertive, and self-motivated to meet Clearhill’s ambitious targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining regular communication with senior leadership.
  • A clean & driver’s license
