We are partnering with a well-established and growing third party logistics provider in Dublin. As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking to appoint a Commercial Manager to manage existing clients and drive new business.

About the role:

As Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of the company's commercial strategy. This includes managing a portfolio of existing clients and driving new business opportunities with clients in the alcohol industry. You will work closely with senior leadership acting as a commercial face of the business and helping position it for long term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow existing customer accounts across bonded warehousing and logistics services.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on the alcohol and beverage sector.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
* Represent the business at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
* Lead the development of sales processes, collateral, and reporting structures.
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting to senior leadership.

Experience required:

* Proven experience in sales, commercial, or business development roles within logistics.
* Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on business development activities.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Experience in the alcohol industry or with bonded warehousing (strongly preferred).
* Knowledge of Irish and EU regulations around bonded goods and alcohol logistics is an advantage.
