POSITION DESCRIPTION DETAILS

In this client-facing role, youll be a member of the commercial lines team selling and servicing a book of business. This position collaborates with the team to consistently deliver high-quality customer service. This position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Act as a primary point of contact for commercial clients
• Work with a team in handling complex insurance renewals
• Act as a liaison between insurance carriers and clients

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

• Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance license
• Prior experience in a client facing role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and MS Teams

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE

• 1-3 years personal or commercial lines insurance experience
• Bachelors degree in insurance, risk management, business, finance or similar field of study
• EPIC agency management system and insurance carrier software experience a plus

SALARY RANGE

$55-80k depending on experience
