Job summary

The People Group in Dublin is seeking an organised, commercially minded professional to join a busy Commercial & Marketing team. The role provides day-to-day support across commercial, sales and marketing activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns and customer requirements are delivered accurately and on time.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in a commercial, sales, marketing or coordination role, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years’ experience in a commercial, sales, marketing or coordination role.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, practical and commercially minded.
• Comfortable working with data and learning new systems.
• Experience in FMCG, or a similar environment is desirable.
• Experience with Canva or other design tools is an advantage but not essential.
