Job summary

Musgrave is seeking a Commercial Application Architect to own the architecture, governance, integration and lifecycle management of strategic commercial and supply chain applications such as RELEX and Pricefx.

The role is a 24-month fixed-term contract based in Cork, Dublin or Belfast hubs, with hybrid work options. You will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure cohesive data, configuration and processes across the landscape.

Qualifications

• A relevant IT qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience across multiple technology disciplines, including several years in solution or application architecture or a comparable design leadership role.
• Proven architecture experience on large-scale transformation programmes, ideally in retail, consumer goods or supply chain.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into end-to-end solutions and practical roadmaps.
• Knowledge of APIs, data integration, cloud or SaaS platforms and architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Application Ownership: manage promotion, planning, pricing, forecasting and replenishment platforms and processes.
• Data & Integration Architecture Stewardship: map data flows, ensure data quality, document lineage, govern interfaces.
• Business & Technology Translation: translate business requirements into platform changes and drive design workshops.
• Testing, Controls & Operational Assurance: establish testing and release governance across platforms.
• Architecture Governance & Strategic Roadmap: provide standards, vendor engagement and platform rationalisation.
