Location: Naas, Co. Kildare

Type: Permanent, Full-time

Shift: Nights during the week and weekend days

Rate: €18.65 per hour (€16.15 as per ERO and €2.50 per hour site allowance) + €20.00 Night Allowance, €1.00 per hour Sunday allowance

We're now looking for dedicated, detail-oriented Control Room Operators to join our team in Naas (Kildare)

What You'll Do

As a Control Room Operator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients and staff nationwide. You'll:

• Monitor and respond to alarm, CCTV, and tracking systems in real-time
• Dispatch emergency services and mobile patrols when needed
• Carry out regular staff welfare checks
• Record and update activity reports accurately and efficiently
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and external partners
• Ensure all procedures and company policies are followed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable work history

• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
• A team player with a calm, professional attitude
• Experience in an ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre) or similar control room setting is an advantage
