Position: CNC Double-Head Miter Saw Operator / Cutting Machine Machinist

Hours: Full-Time – West Dublin

Salary: D.O.E

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator / Machinist to join our manufacturing team in West Dublin. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining CNC double-head miter saws or other automated cutting machinery used for aluminum, timber, or composite profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC double-head miter saws and cutting equipment for precision cutting.
• Set up machines according to specifications and perform quality checks to ensure tolerance accuracy.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and cutting lists.
• Conduct routine maintenance, calibrations, and troubleshooting of CNC systems.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards on the production floor.
• Collaborate with the production supervisor to meet daily and weekly output targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CNC machining, cutting operations, or related metal/wood fabrication.
• Strong understanding of Heidenhain controls, SolidWorks, or similar CAD/CAM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements with precision.
• Excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Must be based in West Dublin or available for full-time, on-site work.
