You will enable self-healing, craft self-service telecom tools, and apply AWS products, DevOps practices, and robust CICD processes to scale a cloud-based Telephony system.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems).
• Experience in professional software development (non-internship).
• Experience designing or architecting scalable, reliable systems.
• Experience in networking, storage, OS, and hands-on systems engineering.
• Experience programming with modern languages (C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby).

Responsibilities

• Build a next generation telephony platform for Internal Amazon.
• Enable self-healing for our systems and provide self-service tools.
• Use AWS products, DevOps patterns, and mature CICD processes.
