Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a cloud security technologist to craft, develop, test, and implement security solutions for our cloud environments. The role requires hands-on experience with at least one CSP (AWS/Azure) and working knowledge of Kubernetes deployments.

You will help protect Fidelity data and applications, participate in a DevOps culture, and contribute to security tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technology discipline.
• Proven experience working with cloud service providers (AWS/Azure).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience in software development process, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work with JSON and YAML.
• Knowledge of security and data protection especially in cloud platforms and applications.
• Experience with programming languages Python, Go, NodeJS, etc.
• Skillset allows you to engineer and prototype security tooling for secure cloud practices.
• Understanding & experience with cloud container platforms (Kubernetes).
• Have in-depth knowledge of diverse and emerging technology concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
• Background includes domain expertise in cloud security for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
