Job summary

Trinity College Dublin is seeking a full-time Administrative Officer 3 to work between the Sponsorship Office and the Wellcome-HRB Clinical Research Facility at St James’s Hospital, Dublin. You will support investigators across clinical trials and navigate regulatory, ethics, and data protection processes.

The appointment is 18 months fixed-term, with a salary of €47,374–€59,254 per annum and a 35-hour work week. Immigration permission for full-time employment is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold immigration permission that allows full-time employment for the duration of this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline support to researchers navigating Regulatory, Ethics, Data protection, and pre/post award processes.
• Triaging enquiries from researchers and signposting to correct functions and people.
• Support investigator-led clinical trials and studies conducted at Trinity.
