We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist to join our service, supporting adults with ID.

We are a section 38 agency who provide person centred Residential, Respite and Day Service supports across South Dublin & Wicklow.

Overall Purpose of the Post:

The Physiotherapist, Clinical Specialist will manage a caseload and be responsible for the provision of a physiotherapy service including assessment and intervention and oversee the management of the OT Dept and will act as a positive and supportive Team Leader to both departments using their management and clinical reasoning skills to provide supports with adults presenting with ID. In addition, the post holder will provide a high standard specialist physiotherapy service to support the wider organisation with a range of conditions

Applicants must hold:

  • National Third Level Qualification in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Registered member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists
  • Registered member of CORU.
  • Holder of non-national qualifications must be accredited by the ISCP (Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists) and provide evidence of accreditation.
