Qualifications

• BSc in General Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered on the NMBI Live Register.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical standards and home policies are followed.
• Monitor nursing staff compliance and drug administration.
• Create monthly stock inventory and place orders.
• Collaborate with Care Assistants and Staff Nurses.
• Support and participate in staff performance reviews and training.
• Review admissions for care planning and assessment.
• Assist the Director of Nursing during leave and cover duties.
• Oversee rosters, handovers, and resident progression.
