Our client a Clinic based in South Dublin is looking to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager to join their expanding team. Experience in Urgent Care or ED would be highly desirable.


The post of Clinical Nurse Manager has a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources within the Urgent Care setting. The main responsibilities are quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, practice development, facilitating communication and professional / clinical leadership.

The successful candidate should have the following:
• Be Registered in the General Division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives – maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience post qualification in an acute hospital setting of which 2 years must be in the specialty or related area of emergency nursing.

* Excellent Salary PLUS (Time and half Sunday & Double time on Bank Holidays)
* Paid lunch breaks
* 39 hour working week.
* 1,000 per annum for CPD.
* Free Health Insurance options, and this will be paid in full by the Company.
* Option to join Corporate Pension Scheme – 5% Employee contribution and 5% Employer contribution.
* Generous bonus after 2 Years’ Service with the Company (from date of contract)
* Generous bonus after 3 Years’ Service with the Company and every year after that (from date of contract).
* Rostered hours will be during the times 9:30am and 10:30pm ( Days only )
* On site location
