Job description
Overview

Due to expansion, TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a team at an Acquired Brain injury and Complex Care unit at a state-of-the-art residential facility based in South Galway.

This is a full time permanent post working 8 hour days over a 7 day roster, weekends are 1 in every 3 or 4.

If you are looking for a career that offers an opportunity to progress in your career and gain further education i.e. post grad, then this is the nursing home for you. Staff across all disciplines are currently pursuing additional qualifications to facilitate their growth and development.

Rate of pay

Rate of pay: €22 to €27 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with active NMBI
  • Ideally QQI Level 6 in Leadership and Management
  • Minimum of 5 years Nursing Experience
  • Experience as a senior nurse minimum 2 years
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth understanding of dementia cares best practices, policies, and regulations. Experience in staff management, training, and development.
