Responsibilities Support the Director of Nursing in the clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing home. Provide hands-on nursing care alongside leadership responsibilities. Contribute to a supportive and collaborative working environment. Requirements Nursing qualification. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI). Minimum 2 years experience in a CNM role within an Irish nursing home setting. QQI Level 6 qualification in Leadership or equivalent. Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD). Legally permitted to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship. Previous experience in care of the elderly. Management qualification. Strong IT skills. EEA citizenship or existing permission to work in Ireland without sponsorship. Benefits €26.00€27.50 per hour, depending on experience.
