You will support the Director of Nursing in clinical leadership and deliver hands‑on care while guiding the team to provide holistic, person‑centred services.

The role requires NMBI registration, at least 2 years CNM experience in an Irish home, CPD evidence, and a management qualification.

Qualifications

We are currently hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager and CNM 2,for a reputed nursing home in Dublin, Ireland. Responsibilities Support the Director of Nursing in the clinical leadership and day-to-day management of the nursing home. Provide hands-on nursing care alongside leadership responsibilities. Ensure residents receive holistic, person-centred care. Promote residents independence, dignity, and quality of life. Support the delivery of high-quality resident care in line with the nursing homes philosophy and standards. Promote and maintain infection prevention and control practices. Contribute to a supportive and collaborative working environment. Requirements Nursing qualification. Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI). Minimum 2 years experience in a CNM role within an Irish nursing home setting. QQI Level 6 qualification in Leadership or equivalent. Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD). Legally permitted to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship. Previous experience in care of the elderly. Management qualification. Strong IT skills. EEA citizenship or existing permission to work in Ireland without sponsorship. Benefits €26.00€27.50 per hour, depending on experience.
