Horizons Cork in Macroom seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 to lead residential services in line with HIQA standards and organisational values.

You will supervise nursing and support staff, mentor student nurses, and support the Person In Charge to achieve regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

A CNM1 must be NMBI registered, hold at least three years post-registration experience, and have a full driving licence with a commitment to inclusion.

Qualificações

• NMBI registered nurse (General Division).
• Intellectual Disability experience preferred.
• Minimum three years post-registration experience.
• Full valid work permit for Ireland.
• Full clean driving license.
• Experience in residential disability services.
• Experience in managing challenging behaviour using positive behaviour support.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation and review of care for People We Support.
• Provide safe, comprehensive nursing care per NMBI Code of Professional Conduct.
• Engage in CPD and staff study days; supervise staff and student nurses.
• Support the PIC and deputise in CNM2/PIC absence.
• Contribute to regulatory compliance and service standards.
