Overview

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager (1 or 2) on behalf of a community homecare service for the Dublin, Meath and Kildare region.

This is a full time permanent contract and is a hybrid working model.

The core hours for this post are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, some flexibility may be required. HSE Pay Scales Apply

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
  • Registered Children’s Nurse or Registered General Nurse with at least five years experience in paediatric or complex care within the Irish Healthcare system and a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated and dynamic with a commitment to quality care.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience with audit and quality improvement programs would be an advantage.
