Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to join their growing team in the Cork region.

This is a newly created position as our client begins an exciting new venture in homecare services, having recently been approved as a vendor. It offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing to step into a leadership role with scope to shape and influence service delivery from the very start.

They are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for a full-time permanent position.

As Clinical Nurse Manager, You Will
  • Manage and support care teams to deliver the highest standards of homecare in the community
  • Develop, implement, and review individualised Care Plans
  • Ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied across the service
  • Identify and escalate clinical issues appropriately
  • Foster a culture of communication, learning, and risk management
  • Lead on audit preparation and clinical governance standards
  • Support and mentor staff, ensuring appraisals and NCCA compliance
The Successful Candidate Will Have
  • Registered Nurse with minimum 5 years' post-registration experience
  • Previous management experience at CNM1 or higher
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in risk assessment and community-based care
  • A full clean driving licence (essential)
  • Garda and international police clearance
  • A healthcare management qualification (desirable)
