Job Summary:

As our Clinical Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in building staff competence, confidence, and compliance across all departments. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that meet regulatory requirements and support continuous professional development- particularly in the areas of safe manual handling and person-centered care. You will take a hands on approach in completing observations of the application of training delivered and a mentoring approach as part of any quality improvement plans. You will be a key player in the Heads of Department Management team. You will work closely with the clinical management team, HR and Director of Nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategyin conjunction with the DON
• Deliver in-house manual handling training and refreshers in line with current legislation and best practice
• Monitor training compliance and maintain accurate training records
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new staff.
• Work collaboratively with department heads to identity training needs
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Promote positive care skills training with hands on oversight for HCA's.

What We are Looking For:

• A relevant Qualification in Education, Training & Development, Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Experience in delivering training within healthcare environment (preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of person centered care, current care standards & regulations, manual handling legislation, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong team player, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
