What you’ll Do:
- Provide high levels of end user support via live chat and face-to-face interactions, being the first line of support globally.
- Manage end user queries received by Teckro.
- Ensure accurate data entry into the Teckro Helpdesk system, including reporting and trend analysis training.
- Offer effective resolutions to end-user support requests.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal form with customers and maintain accurate records in our system.
- Assist cross-functional teams with process improvement projects.
- Perform data quality reviews of internal and external reports.
- Review relevant processes and implement improvements to ensure delivery excellence.
- Maintain constant communication with the team, providing appropriate feedback.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Effective team communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Team-building skills, with the ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Proven communication skills from a client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and projects, and report to cross-functional teams.
- Drive to succeed, eagerness to improve daily, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Qualifications Required:
- At least 1 year of Customer Support experience.
- Minimum 2.2 degree in Business, Data Analysis, or related discipline.
- Experience or qualification in People Management is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare or clinical research is a plus.
- Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, Italian, Chinese, or Japanese) is a plus.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Location and Travel: (Limerick)
- Hybrid role based in Limerick, Ireland, with 2-3 days onsite per week.
- Flexible start and end times to suit your lifestyle.
- Note: Applicants must already be based in Ireland and hold the necessary legal permissions to work here; we cannot offer work permit sponsorship.
