Job summary

Walfrid Private in Dublin 12 seeks a Client Servicing Executive to focus on servicing existing clients—handling queries, resolving issues and managing ongoing casework with precision and speed.

You will be the first point of contact for client-related requests and responsible for ensuring queries are followed up and closed efficiently, with a strong emphasis on accuracy in life/pension/document updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in life, pension or investment administration in a brokerage or life company.
• Strong knowledge of life/pension/Investment products available in the Irish market.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple queries.
• Shorter working week with a half day every Friday.
• Company pension and income protection with death in service from day one.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for incoming queries from existing clients.
• Provide clear, accurate responses and aim for same-day turnaround.
• Handle servicing tasks for life, pension and investment products including policy updates, amendments and fund switches.
• Investigate and resolve client servicing issues by liaising with life companies and internal teams.
• Prepare review documentation, policy summaries and updated valuations when required.
• Maintain accurate records on the CRM and track progress on open cases.
• Collaborate with Advisors, Paraplanners and Operations to support seamless execution.
