Help Shape the Future of Strategic Account Orchestration in Global Life Sciences
Clarity helps leading pharmaceutical and medical technology companies orchestrate their most strategic customer relationships through tailored consulting, learning and AI-enabled solutions.
As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an exceptional Client Delivery Manager to join our Dublin team.
This is more than a traditional project management role. You will help lead the operational delivery of high-impact consulting, learning and organizational transformation initiatives for major life sciences clients.
You will bring order to complexity, communicate proactively, coordinate people and deliverables, and ensure that clients consistently experience Clarity as prepared, responsive and one step ahead.
You do not need to arrive as a finished product. You do need to bring ownership, professional maturity, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
Clarity is intentionally different.
We combine the reach and experience required to serve leading global pharmaceutical and medical technology companies with the agility, responsiveness and personal accountability of a specialist firm.
Our clients choose Clarity because we do not bring one-size-fits-all solutions.
We take the time to understand each client’s commercial environment, strategic priorities and organizational challenges, then tailor our consulting, learning and AI-enabled solutions accordingly.
That approach has enabled Clarity to build long-standing relationships with major life sciences organizations, win highly competitive engagements and deliver impact comparable to firms many times our size.
The work itself is highly consequential. Clarity is regularly trusted to support account teams responsible for some of the life sciences industry’s most visible and strategically important brands.
For the right person, this creates an unusual career opportunity. You will contribute visibly to important international client engagements, work alongside experienced consultants and develop a broader range of capabilities than is often possible inside a large corporate organization.
At Clarity, you will not be one small part of someone else’s organization. You will help build one.
As Client Delivery Manager, you will serve as the operational lead for a portfolio of consulting, learning and capability-development engagements.
You will work closely with Clarity’s consultants, client sponsors, internal project leaders and specialist partners to translate ambitious client objectives into well-orchestrated, high-quality delivery.
Your role is to maintain the view from the bridge: understanding where each engagement has been, where it stands today and what must happen next.
You will anticipate dependencies, keep people aligned, surface risks early and help prevent uncertainty from becoming delay.
This is a hands-on role in a growing international business. You will be expected to contribute from the outset and take increasing ownership as your knowledge and confidence develop.
Proactive client communication
Consultant and team enablement
Tailored content and commercial awareness
Continuous improvement and client growth
We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in client-facing project delivery and the potential to grow into a broader client leadership role.
You may already be working as a Project Manager, Client Delivery Manager, Engagement Manager, Programme Coordinator or in another client-facing role where you have been responsible for coordinating people, deadlines and deliverables.
You will probably thrive here if you:
We expect the strongest candidates will bring approximately two to five years of relevant professional experience, although demonstrated capability, maturity and growth potential matter more than an exact number of years.
Candidates should have prior experience:
Experience in consulting, professional services, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, training, healthcare or life sciences is advantageous but not essential.
You do not need deep pharmaceutical expertise, prior experience with the 4 Zones methodology or advanced AI implementation knowledge on day one.
These capabilities can be developed.
This position is designed to grow as both you and Clarity grow.
As your judgment, client confidence and delivery capability develop, you will have opportunities to manage a broader portfolio, contribute to operational improvements and help shape how the Client Delivery function evolves.
Potential future progression may include:
Progression is earned through demonstrated ownership, sound judgment, proactive communication, commercial awareness and the ability to create a consistently premium client experience.
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Working arrangement: Full-time, hybrid
Salary: €55,000–€65,000 annually, depending on experience and demonstrated capability
Additional compensation: Opportunity for a performance-based bonus
Start date: As soon as reasonably possible, subject to notice-period requirements
Candidates should be based in Dublin or within practical commuting distance and have the existing right to work in Ireland.
The role will combine focused remote work, regular in-person collaboration with the Dublin team, virtual engagement with international clients and occasional travel where it adds meaningful value.
Clarity welcomes applications from candidates with different professional, educational and personal backgrounds. We value demonstrated ability, professional maturity, learning potential and the contribution a person can make.
