Weekend work (depending on requirements - or every other weekend)

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage client care schedules, ensure appropriate coverage, and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, their families, care team members, and healthcare professionals.
  • Client Support: Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests, and provide support and guidance.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and care plans.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor client care delivery and ensure high standards of care are maintained.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with data entry, filing, report generation, and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
  • One Touch Experience Preferred
  • Office Administration

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals, both verbally and in writing.
