Job description

Clerical Officer | Bray | Public Sector, Wicklow

Staffline Group PLC is seeking to recruit Clerical Officers on a 6-12 month contract basis for our client in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming calls and transferring to appropriate staff members
  • Performing general office administration tasks such as system administration, query handling, and clerical duties
  • Data input and maintaining databases
  • Managing records and filing systems, both manual and electronic
  • Assisting in locating and compiling data for reports
  • Preparing reports, proposals, letters, memos, or charts using Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Providing general support to business managers as needed

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours/week)

Rate of pay: € - € per hour

Minimum requirements:

  • 1-2 years' relevant administrative experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong customer support skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Experience handling correspondence and sensitive data
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills
