Job summary

SSE is recruiting a Site Manager for our cleanrooms operation in Athenry, Co. Galway, Ireland. You will lead the on-site team, oversee daily operations, ensure strict cleanliness standards, and uphold GMP/ISO compliance in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will drive performance, manage staff, budgets, and KPI reporting while maintaining strong client relations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent English and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations, ensuring work standards, financial targets, and operational KPIs are met.
• Act as main client contact on-site, maintaining relationships and driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgets and payroll accuracy, and support KPI reporting and analysis.
