Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader for the Central Bank of Ireland site on North Wall Quay. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, at €15.80 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career development.

You will lead a team of cleaners, organise schedules, perform quality checks and support onboarding and training, while ensuring health and safety compliance and maintaining stock and equipment levels. This is a site-based, client-facing leadership role.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally with supervisory or team leader responsibilities.
• Positive, proactive approach with ability to motivate a team.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and health and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of cleaners to deliver high standards across our site.
• Organise daily cleaning schedules, allocate tasks and ensure duties are completed to the highest standard.
• Carry out quality checks and respond to cleaning issues, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment.
• Support the onboarding, training and development of team members, promoting best practice at all times.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation procedures, helping to maintain a safe environment for colleagues, customers and visitors.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance requirements.
