Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead evening cleaning operations at a premium corporate site in Leopardstown. The role focuses on delivering high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation, while supervising a team and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

You will support training and development, manage stock levels, and act as the main contact for client requests during shifts. The position is full-time with an annual salary in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and support a team of cleaning operatives to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
• Ensure offices, meeting rooms, communal spaces, and washrooms meet professional standards.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure completion of daily and periodic cleaning schedules.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits and address issues promptly.
• Act as first point of contact for client requests and operational queries during shift.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and safe use of equipment.
• Support training, onboarding, and development of team members.
• Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and report requirements.
• Complete shift handovers, records, and incident reports accurately.

Sodexo is seeking an experienced and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning operations at a prestigious corporate client site in Leopardstown. This role is key to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation are consistently delivered.

As a supervisor, you will take ownership of service delivery, support and guide your team, and ensure all cleaning activities are completed efficiently and in line with agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and support a team of cleaning operatives to deliver high-quality cleaning services
• Ensure all areas, including offices, meeting rooms, communal spaces, and washrooms, are maintained to a professional corporate standard

• Act as the first point of contact for client requests and operational queries during shift
